The 3D Power Collective is an annual membership program designed exclusively for women of the African Diaspora to reclaim our narratives, realign with our values, and lead with authenticity. Guided by the 3D Power Tools Framework, we will move through three transformative phases: Discover, Discern, and Determine. Each phase is intentionally crafted to inspire self-exploration, foster critical reflection, and catalyze purposeful action.
This is more than a program—it’s a sacred space where we collectively challenge assumptions, dismantle devaluing narratives, and rewrite the stories we live and lead by. Along the way, we will learn to embrace our humanity, cultivate courage and compassion, and work together to create meaningful, collective impact.
If this resonates with you, we invite you to complete the Needs Assessment below and join a sisterhood of Black women committed to transforming their lives, communities, and the world.
WELCOME TO THE 3D POWER COLLECTIVE
A Sanctuary for Women of the African Diaspora to Reclaim, Realign, and Rise Together
Black women are the miracle workers—our resilience, leadership, and vision transform communities and shape the world. Yet, in a society that often seeks to silence us, diminish our voices, or confine us to limiting narratives, we are too often left feeling unseen, unsupported, and disconnected.
TRANSFORMATION BEGINS WHEN WE TAKE BACK THE PEN TO WRITE OUR OWN STORIES. THE 3D POWER COLLECTIVE IS HERE TO SUPPORT YOU ON YOUR LIBERATION JOURNEY FOR YOURSELF, YOUR COMMUNITY, AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
Whether you’re leading in education, corporate, nonprofit, or community spaces, this program equips you with the tools to drive meaningful change. Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about showing up as your full, unapologetic self, creating spaces of belonging, and inspiring others to do the same.
Through intentional dialogue, reflective practices, and collective support, the 3D Power Collective will guide you through three transformative phases:
Discover limiting beliefs and uncover narratives shaping your self-perception.
Discern your values, strengths, and needs, to align them with your personal and professional goals.
Determine purposeful actions that foster resilience, growth, and authentic leadership.
This journey is about more than personal growth—it’s about collective transformation. Together, we’ll create a world where emotional safety, connection, and liberation inspire others to step into their own authenticity.
Join the 3D Power Collective today.

THE VISION
*SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON NEEDS ASSESSMENT RESPONSES
At the core of the 3D Power Collective is the belief that women of the African Diaspora thrive when they are seen, heard, and valued. This unique annual program is rooted in the transformative 3D Power Tools Framework designed to help you reclaim your narrative, align with your values, and lead with authenticity. Through intentional dialogue, reflective practices, and collective support, this program invites you to embrace your full potential and create ripples of change in your life, workplace, and community.
But this is just the beginning. The 3D Power Collective is intentionally designed to scale, expanding its offerings to grow alongside your journey. While we start with foundational experiences like Curiosity Card Conversations, Power Labs, Power Hours, and a 24/7 online community, the vision includes future phases that will introduce in-person Sisterhood Sessions, Luminary Charts, and a Reclamation Retreat.
By joining the 3D Power Collective now, you’re investing not only in your own growth but also in a movement that amplifies the voices of Black women, making future initiatives accessible and impactful. Together, we will scale this collective to create spaces where Black women feel deeply supported, connected, and inspired to lead authentically.

For so many of us, this duality has become second nature—a survival tactic in a world that often fails to honor our full humanity. We are told to be strong, to overperform, to endure, all while navigating systems that minimize our voices and devalue our contributions.
But beneath that mask is the truth of who we are: powerful, resilient, and deserving of spaces where we can thrive, not just survive. My work is rooted in helping Black women shed the weight of those expectations and reclaim the narratives that have been denied to us for far too long. Let’s take off the mask, embrace our fullness, and lead in ways that honor our values, strengths, and needs. Together, we can create a world where authenticity isn’t just allowed—it’s celebrated.
As a school psychologist for 13 years, I witnessed how these pressures impact not just individuals but entire communities. Burnout, apathy, and toxic environments were not anomalies—they were the norm. Yet, we still showed up, overextended ourselves, and pushed forward because the world demanded it.
But here’s what I’ve learned: this normalization of burnout is not our burden to bear, and it does not have to continue. My doctoral research, which explores Black female identity development and critical consciousness-raising, has taught me that when Black women come together in intentional, values-aligned spaces, we can disrupt harmful narratives and reclaim our humanity. By prioritizing connection, well-being, and authenticity, we create liberatory spaces where we can thrive—not just survive.
AS A BLACK WOMAN, I KNOW THE WEIGHT OF CARRYING EXPECTATIONS THAT DEMAND WE EXCEL WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY WEARING A MASK, CONCEALING OUR AUTHENTIC SELVES.
HI, I’M AMBER
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Transformation happens when Black women realign with our values, strengths, and needs (VSNs). It’s in this alignment that we unlock our collective power to disrupt the systems that seek to diminish us. Working with me, you will find the tools to embrace your full, unapologetic self and to lead with courage, compassion, and authenticity.
So, I ask: How are you aligning your values, strengths, and needs with your organizational mission to inspire engagement and wholeness? How are you challenging burnout in your community?
As Sonya Renee Taylor says, "Every single version of you is a miracle. You contended with an entire ecosystem that told you you were not enough—and you desired to disrupt that."
Inspired by this truth, I founded Natural Inclination LLC and created The 3D Power Collective to help Black women reclaim our narratives and align with our natural inclinations. Through my 3D Power Tools Framework, I partner with Black women leaders to co-create spaces where we feel seen, valued, and inspired to bring our full selves to every aspect of life.
It’s time to reclaim our narratives, prioritize our well-being, and center our humanity. Together, we can redefine what success looks like for Black women and lead the way to a future where we are unapologetically whole.

“I'm so incredibly grateful for the insight and knowledge from Dr. Sessoms. I'm someone who reads, re-reads, and re-re-reads books. I love finding things I can return to time and time again to deepen my understanding and I am very much looking forward to revisiting and workshopping these workbooks on my own in the future.”
